Internships

Internships are for learners who want structured exposure, not token certificates.

We are open to interns when we can provide proper supervision and real work. Internship intake depends on project capacity, mentorship availability, and the seriousness of the applicant.

Structured Learning Mentored work with clear expectations
Real Output Interns are expected to produce usable work, not shadow passively
Conversion Path Strong interns may be considered for future full-time roles
Overview

Internship policy

Internships at ESdesire are built around learning discipline, practical contribution, and coachability. We do not promise that every internship becomes employment, but we do evaluate interns for future fit when they show consistency and maturity.

Mentorship Task ownership Professional conduct Feedback-driven growth

Duration

Typical internship windows range from 8 to 12 weeks depending on function and project needs.

Evaluation

We assess punctuality, learning speed, communication, task completion, and willingness to improve.

Conversion

The strongest interns may be considered for trainee or junior roles when business need and performance align.

Expectations

What interns are expected to bring

  • Basic discipline with time, communication, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to ask smart questions after first attempting the problem.
  • Respect for documentation, feedback, and revision cycles.
  • Professional conduct in office, online meetings, and internal systems.
Support Model

What we provide when we open an internship

Interns are assigned work that supports real delivery, but with scope matched to their current level. Feedback is direct. Learning happens through review, iteration, and responsibility, not through vague motivational sessions.

Mentor access

Each intern should know who reviews their work and where to escalate blockers.

Policy baseline

Confidentiality, respectful conduct, and proper use of company systems apply to interns exactly as they do to employees.
